AGME special purpose machines for an efficient components´ automated assembly

AGME Automated Assembly Solutions designs and manufactures special purpose machines to helve silent blocks on motor beds for the most important automotive components´ manufacturers.

The main technical features of these custom-made assembly solutions are:

• One tooling to hold the motor and the 4 silent blocks, with laser sensors to control the parts presence.

• A two-station slide on which the tooling will be.

• AGME mini-hydraulic presses with 5 tons cylinders and 100 mm stroke. These presses will perform the 4 silent blocks helving process at the same time.

• Hydraulic groups

• Quality assurance systems to control the correct helving process

• Electric components: automaton, tactile panel, “staiger mohilo processer”

• Pneumatic components

Each press will have its own linear transducer and cell to control the correct:

- Silent block presence in the correct position

- Helving force during the course

- Position and final helving force

In this way the automation of this assembly process guarantees the final quality of the parts processed, minimizes the cycle time and increases the process productivity.
