• Manual loading of the main components

• Parts presence components´ control

• Automatic loading of the rest of components

• Parts´ insertion and greasing

• Control of the opening and closing force

• Selection and unloading of the OK and NOK parts

• Components´ automatic feeding system

• Parts insertion system composed of a pneumatic slide, a pneumatic cylinder, loading cell and linear transducer
