AGME assembly machine for efficient guide´s riveting

This automated assembly solution is composed of a rotary transfer with four stations where the following processes are performed. In the first station the parts are fed manually and the cycle is started. In the second station the components and model are controlled. Then in the third station the automatic riveting is done on all positions. Finally, in the fourth station the subassemblies are unloaded automatically to a conveyor belt.

This assembly solution main components are a four station dial with its over-plate, a set of 4 pallets with several fixtures, one control unit with floating sensors and inductive detectors, one AGME RR14 CNC pneumatic riveting unit with two controlled axis, and a riveting quality assurance system. For the components automatic unloading, there are a conveyor belt and a complete manipulator with two punches module. Furthermore, It has pneumatic components such as a pneumatic pressostate and electrovalve, electric components such as a NUM numeric control and a electric cabinet with power elements. In order to guarantee the operator safety It also has photoelectric barriers.

This assembly machine is designed and manufactured taking into account the productivity, cost savings, safety and the process quality guarantee. Thanks to this automated machines the production times are optimized, the production costs mimimized and the subassemblies final quality is guaranteed.
