Blasting, annealing, sawing - perfect preparation for the highest quality!

The round steel bars with a diameter of 10-80 mm pass through the blasting machine on rollers. The blasting target is a degree of purity of B Sa 2.5. Thanks to the high machine output, all grades can be efficiently descaled at a speed of 1 m/sec.

The blasting chamber is protected by easily replaceable wear plates. Inlet and outlet sluices of the blasting system are equipped with rubber louvres to effectively prevent the escape of blasting agent. Generously dimensioned doors in the blast chamber housing are provided for maintenance purposes.

The blasting process is followed by annealing and sawing before the steel is loaded.
