New dew point sensor for continuous monitoring in industrial applications
The dew point sensor type FHAD 46-DTC2 can be used for continuous monitoring of the dew point in industrial applications, such as in compressed air systems (refrigeration/adsorption dryers), granulate dryers or for measuring medical and other non-corrosive gases. The measuring range is -80 to +20 °C td dew point temperature. The sensor, housed in a robust industrial enclosure, is supplied in a pressure-tight design with a screw-in thread. A connection to ALMEMO® data loggers and measuring devices is made via 2 m cable with intelligent ALMEMO® D6 connector. The sensor offers high accuracy in measuring the dew point temperature and is available as an option with process connection for very high pressures (up to 350 bar). In the sensor connector with integrated A/D converter 3 measuring channels are programmed: Temperature (°C, t), relative humidity (%H, Uw) and dew point (°C, td).
