Psychrometer for high accuracy humidity measurement

Digital psychrometer FPAD 36-3 with Pt100 sensors and automatic air pressure compensation

For measurement with an ALMEMO® measuring device or data logger, 4 measuring channels for dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, relative humidity and air pressure are programmed in the digital connector of the probe. Alternatively, the variables dew point, mixture, absolute humidity, vapor pressure and enthalpy can be selected. When connected to the instrument, only one measuring input is occupied. The special features of the new transmitter are:

• Digital, adjusted Pt 100 probes with particularly high precision and synchronization up to 90°C

• Automatic air pressure compensation with built-in sensor

• Humidity calculation based on the formulas according to Dr. Sonntag taking into account the enhancement factor according to W. Bögel

• Indication of the absolute humidity in g/m3

The Pt 100 sensors are adjusted with the digital connector as a complete measuring chain in the calibration laboratory. The accuracy is thus independent of the measuring instrument and the sensors can be easily exchanged in case of service.
