Fully automatic plant for drum filling

4 Robot Fillers for drum filling

We installed 4 identical lines for drum filling in India. Each line had 4 Robot Fillers, and they were joined by conveying lines.

Each line was composed of an input area with chain conveyors with capacity for 5 pallets. After this, we had a first Robot which uncaps the drums, after this station, pallets go to both sides into 2 Robot Fillers, which filled the drums. After the drum filling, the pallets go to a last Robot which caps and seals the drums. Caps arrive at the Robot through a belt from the first Robot until the last one. After the last RF, the pallet goes into the output area with capacity for 7 pallets. A labelling system was also installed after the capping and sealing station.

In this line in which each RF has a different function, drum filling productions is assured and this way plant efficiency is improved.

The Robot Filler model is designed for high productions featuring a high level of automation. It also allows much flexibility in changing the type of container. It is suitable for filling drums, IBC, canisters and pails directly on pallets (from 20 to 1500 litres containers). Using the artificial 3D view provides full adaptability and flexibility, reduction of unexpected stops and minimum spare part stock.

Robot Filler benefits:

- Filling process directly in palletized containers.
- To achieve high reliability and safety throughout the drum filling process.
- Become a leading and innovative company.
- Get the maximum level of automation and reliability in your production plant.
