Fully robotic plant
AiCROV starts the second phase of the turnkey project of a fully robotic plant for the filling of propylene derivatives
As it advanced in early 2018, AiCROV has launched one of its most ambitious projects this year: the design, manufacture and delivery of the turnkey filling system of the new propylene-derived product packaging plant from Bharat Petroleum Corporation In Kochi City (Kerala), India.
It is an unprecedented packaging system in the world due to its dimensions and disposition in 4 lines of filling counting a total of 16 Robot fillers designed by AiCROV, carrying out the functions of transport, maintenance, uncovered, filling, Sealing and capping of highly flammable propylene derived products.
This new project incorporates all the innovations developed by AiCROV in the last year, such as the 3d artificial vision for process optimization, increased safety and productivity improvement.
The team responsible for the project has already completed the first phase, which consisted in the design of filling lines, supplies and the manufacture, transport and installation of 2 of the 4 filling lines. This October has started the second phase of the project, which consists in the manufacture, transport and installation of the following 2 lines of filling, programming the software and putting into operation of the project to complete in the facilities of BPCL in the Kochi City, India. The submission of the second phase of the project is scheduled for the end of November.
It is a project of own design and manufacture, which obviously has the know how of great professionals and the experience and advice of recognized suppliers of automation and control systems.
The Propylene derivatives packaging line is the final part of a huge project carried out by engineers of India Limited, EIL, a public enterprise for the design and construction of large public infrastructures in India and the reference Engineering Company in The entire Republic of India.
