Proportional mass flow controller according to the CTA principle
Measure and control the flow rate of gases with one device.
The PVR series mass flow controllers make this possible.
Based on the set value of 4 -20 mA, the flow rate is automatically regulated in a closed-loop control circuit. The flow rate is measured in the device and then directly set with the integrated proportional valve.
In a pressure range of up to 10 bar, flow rates from 5 – 100 ml/min up to 100 – 2000 l/min can be regulated. This applies to compressed air, oxygen as well as any other neutral gas.
Optionally, the set-point generator can be used as a potentiometer or a display in the casing for the actual value is available.
Especially in lab environments, this facilitates an autonomous set-up without PLC.
