After a period of research, design and testing, AirControl launches its range of hydraulic cylinders capable of installing in countless applications: offshore, transshipment and handling of goods in ports, infrastructures, presses, iron and steel, cranes, hooks, lifting platforms, trailers.... And in general, the most extreme applications.

We manufacture hydraulic cylinders in accordance to ISO 6020/1, ISO 6020/2 and ISO 3320 standards, but we also offer special cylinders. We work hand to hand with our clients, providing them advice, with the aim of always offering the most efficient technical and economic solution. As we are not part of any international group, we are an independent brand, we have greater flexibility and total freedom when making decisions.

Our hydraulic cylinders are offered with three joint possibilities: medium friction as standard, low friction joints or low friction joints for high temperature. As for the piston rod, there are two options: standard and reinforced. In both cases, the piston rod can be chrome steel, nickel-chrome steel or stainless steel.

We offer a wide variety of mounting fixings, which are supplied mounted into the cylinder, such as rectangular flange, round flange, hinge, intermediate trunnion, foot ... and various accessories: ball head, rod flange, fork joint hinge with bolt and so on.
