AR coolant Through type.

This is our first newsletter and we are going to introduce our AR Coolant through OH type and C type. We have two different types of Coolant Thru Collet. Selection can be made according to the customer's application and purpose.

First of all, the reason why we have a confidence of our product accuracy because we made a strict conditions for purposely at accuracy test. For example, the company A and ALPS AR Collet has same accuracy μm. But if the conditions of the test are different, would you still consider the both product has same quality, accuracy? Alps Tool's test method is to lay the cutter on its side when measuring the runout accuracy of the cutter. When the blade is horizontal, gravity is transmitted more easily than when it is vertical. So our AR (ER) Collet has proven it’s high accuracy by unfavourable conditions.

Also, some companies normally inspected at a distance of 3d from the collet, but Alps Tool is 4d. It is not easy to detect 3μm by turning the blade on its side and inspecting it with 4d. Moreover, we inspected three times at different phases for ALL collets. Our AR (ER) collet has a highest quality and it can be used by all collet are overcome by strict inspection.

They enable high-precision machining, and less stress on the cutter so the tool life of the cutter can be also longer. Moreever, we deflashing for all the collet so it can prevent breakdowns, product wear, and injuries.

AR Coolant Thru C type is effective for deep drilling of small-diameter holes. It will improves chip removal and can possible to processing with normal drill. (doesn’t have to be oil hole drill) A groove is machined into the inside diameter so that coolant can be injected into the cutting edge along the blade through the gap.

AR Coolant Thru OH type is for worker who want to use oil hole drill.

It is a liquid sealing collet applying special slitting.

Enables complete sealing of high pressure coolant and corresponding to the high – pressure coolant 20MPa.

AR (OH) type

Grasp range : 0.1 to 0.5.

Correspondence size : AR11OH - AR50OH
