Existing filters were not performing as expected and suffered from constant blockages when using recycled water to cool down equipment and the factory contacted Amiad for a solution. We replaced the existing filters with three 3” Mini Sigma filters and allowed the factory to successfully recycle the water and store it in a filtered water tank for later use, thus achieving longer backwash intervals and saving on expensive down-time and maintenance.
