At AMOB tube benders we are proud to say this January we have completed training for TBI Manufacturing’s brand new eMOB 32LR CNC tube bending machine .

Operating from in excess of 50000sq feet of factory space in Mildenhall, Suffolk TBI are able offer tube manipulation, laser cutting, fabrication, powder coating and assembly. TBI accreditations include ISO 9001:2015 and a number of global customer supplier approvals from some of the most prestigious & recognisable brands in the world.

This machine was fully installed, commissioned, and trained with the safety of our staff and our customers at the front of our mind. 2020 delivered challenges to the accepted norm, but at AMOB we have overcome them and continued stronger than ever.

TBI Manufactuting has received brand new eMOB 32LR CNC tube bender that features state-of-the-art on bending technology and positions automatically and in cycle in a right and left bending configuration.

Amongst other features it allows automatic spring-back compensation as well as “in cycle” correction, stores tooling configuration and positions storage, runs anti-collision and interpolates all 9 axis.

This shortens setting up and cycle times, consequently eliminating waste and testing periods during the tooling changeover process.
