OXYLOS abiss® is an automatic leak analyser to control the integrity of Packaging.

OXYLOS is used by industrial manufacturers in order to control the quality of their packages.

Packaging tightness is really important. And it has to be controlled and to be monitored with a proper instrument in order to achieve the expected shelf life.

OXYLOS applies a small over pressure inside the package (20 to 400mbar) and monitor the leak rate in ml/min (sccm) and the equivalent of the hole size in microns (µm).

This method is widely used within the food industry to control the tightness of Modified Atmosphere Packages, but it can be used on various types of packages (thermoformed, pouches, sachets, ect.) and it can be used in various industries (food, pharma, detergents, etc.)

OXYLOS can analyze the leakage of packages with accuracy down to 5µm, and is very flexible to work on different package formats and package sizes.
