To design a suitable brush roller, there are three important points.
1, Outer diameter of brush roller
By changing the outer diameter of the brush roller, the working area is changed correspondingly. For instance, increasing the outer diameter of the brush roller will increase the working area; reducing the outer diameter of the brush roller also weakens the working area. Based on the actual size of the installing equipment, the outer diameter and the rotating speed of the brush roller can be designed to achieve the best use effect.
2, length of the bristle
The length of bristle depend on service time and working area, also depend on what cleaning effect you need
3, the planting method of bristle
Disk type/spiral type: disk type has higher density and better performance, but more expensive than spiral type. Please kindly choose your brush according to your actual need.
