We have two solutions for Aluminium Sheet Industry

1, Nylon brush roller

Nylon brush roller is commonly used in the processes of cleaning, degreasing and polishing of aluminum sheets. Due to the characteristics of aluminum sheet, the material of nylon filling is important.

Nowadays, nylon filling commonly used in aluminum industry are nylon 6/nylon 66/nylon 610/nylon 1010/nylon 612 and other nylon materials. The fatal defect of nylon 66 is that its water absorption is too high (1.5%), and this material will become soft and weak in water, resulting in unclean degreasing. Apart from that, nylon itself is not resistant to strong alkali, and the service life of the brush roller will also be decreased. Therefore, some filling producers add nano montmorillonite and other materials to nylon 66 and developed DT-Bellon fillling. Compared with nylon 66, its water absorption is greatly decreased, and its alkali resistance and tensile strength are substantially improved. Tests reveal that the polishing effect is one time higher than that of nylon 66, and the service life of brush roller is 3-5 times longer.

2, Non-woven brush roller

Non-woven brush roller is used to remove oil and water from aluminum sheets, and make the surface of aluminium sheet qualitatively change.

a, Characteristics

The non-woven brush roller is made of special non-woven cloth sintered into a cylindrical structure by a special process, and then pressed onto a steel shaft to form a non-woven brush roller, which is different from the traditional rubber roller and steel roller. The biggest characteristic of the non-woven brush roller is that it adopts a special non-woven cloth with a net structure inside, which can absorb oil, absorb water and infiltrate residual powder on the surface of the sheet, and has a high friction coefficient.
