Quick Snap Roller Brush

Quick snap roller brush is also called as zig-zag roller brush/cylindrical brush. This brush is specially designed for quick assembly and disassembly.
We have most standard core sizes and no need extra mould cost. The body material is PP with glass fiber which is stronger than normal plastic.
Generally, the length is 100mm for each segment, and the end collar is 25mm length. They are combined together with teeth to form a big quick snap roller brush
The advantage to other roller brush is this one can replace the worn part, and no need to replace whole part roller. That save a lot of cost and leads little standstill.
Anhui union brush provide full solution for quick snap roller brush. We can customize the core size (inner diameter/outer diameter) and material (horse hair, PP, nylon, Tampico and steel wire are all available)
