Strip Brush

Strip brush is a versatile industrial brush in straight form. It consists of bristles and base. Bristle materials can synthetic bristle, natural fiber, animal hair and steel wire. According to different bases, strip brush is classified into three types:

1, Metal Channel Strip Brush

Base of this brush is metal channel(galvanized steel or stainless steel). Bristles are clamped into U channel backing by a anchor wire.

It is always installed on aluminum profile for sealing purpose. This brush can be shaped into cylindrical spiral brush by wound on steel tube,

2, Flexible Strip Brush

This brush consist of flexible backing and different materials of filament. The base material is thermoplastic rubber which is high temperature resistance. It is a upgrade version of metal channel strip brush. Thanks to its flexibility, this brush can be installed on arc or irregular shape. The base shapes are 1) H/F; 2)clip-on; 3)extruded base

3, Lath Strip Brush

Base of this brush is rigid plastic(PVC, PP, Nylon, PE or wood). Filaments are tufted on plastic base. Tufts of this brush can be at a certain angle. It is installed on U shape steel profile or other mounting system. Application for this kind strip brush is sealing, cleaning, washing and many more.
