Ansenke Expands Manufacturing Capacity with Strategic Injection Molding and Tooling Workshops

Strengthening in-house structural manufacturing to accelerate customization, cost control, and mass production

To further expand its production capacity and strengthen customization capabilities, Ansenke Electronics has officially established a new Structural Manufacturing Division, featuring dedicated injection molding and tooling workshops.

As part of this strategic upgrade, Ansenke has invested in a full range of advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machining centers, injection molding machines, and professional mold-making systems. Large-scale equipment has already arrived on site, and installation and commissioning work is progressing rapidly, laying a solid foundation for upcoming high-volume production tasks.

With the official launch of these two workshops, Ansenke’s injection molding and tooling capabilities will be fully activated. Newly introduced equipment will be gradually put into operation, marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution toward a more integrated and controllable OEM/ODM manufacturing model.

The establishment of in-house mold and injection molding workshops significantly expands the scope of structural customization. By leveraging Ansenke’s experienced R&D and mechanical design teams, customer concepts can now be transformed more quickly from initial ideas into manufacturable designs — and from validated prototypes into mass-produced products.
