Rushing to Deliver 700+ Kilometers Late at Night: Ansonke Electronics’ Commitment to Product Delivery

We've all heard of "hustling" in studies or in the civil service exams, but have you ever heard of "hustling" for product delivery? Recently, Ansonke Electronics found itself in just that situation, with an influx of orders and the production line running overtime to ensure timely deliveries. Last Sunday, when one customer order was nearing its delivery deadline, Mr. Tian, the sales manager, drove over 300 kilometers late into the night to ensure the products were delivered to another city for a client project.

This was a batch of group meal payment machines that needed to be delivered to a university project: Hebei University. The university has six canteens that serve thousands of students and staff at once. For this project, all six canteens needed to be equipped with Ansonke Electronics’ group meal payment machines.

Urgency to Meet Deadlines: Ensuring Timely Delivery and Installation

With the new semester just around the corner, the university needed to have all canteen equipment installed before the official start of classes. As soon as the products arrived, installation and testing began at full speed.

The university’s canteens are vast, and while they may look empty before the official opening, this provided the perfect environment for the installation and testing processes to proceed smoothly. The installation team worked tirelessly from Monday morning to late at night, until 11 PM. By then, the installation and testing for all six canteens was nearly complete.

Real-Time Testing: Ensuring Seamless Functionality

During on-site testing, the team thoroughly checked the functionality of the group meal payment machines, including face recognition, QR code scanning, and card payments. The team carefully examined the machine’s responsiveness, addressing any issues during testing to ensure flawless operation when the equipment would officially be used.

Non-Stop Efforts: Working Round the Clock to Ensure Satisfaction

At 4:30 AM on Tuesday, after a brief rest of just over four hours, the team resumed installation and testing work. That’s how committed we are to our clients—always pushing ourselves to deliver!

By 9:00 AM, the installation and testing of all six canteens were completed successfully. The canteens were then ready for official use during meal times, and feedback from students confirmed that the machines were functioning perfectly, ensuring a smooth start to the semester.
