ASC Direct Expands Production with Three AOPACK Box Making Machines
The UK packaging producer adds a BM2508-Pro and BM1800-Mini after several years of operating its first AOPACK machine.
ASC Direct, a UK producer of bespoke corrugated packaging, is now operating three AOPACK box making machines at its production facility.
The customer installed its first BM2508-Plus in 2020. After several years of practical production experience, ASC Direct ordered an additional BM2508-Pro and BM1800-Mini in 2025. The two new machines were commissioned in March 2026 through GTS Europe, AOPACK’s sales and service partner in the United Kingdom.
The three-machine installation gives ASC Direct greater flexibility for short-run, custom-sized and e-commerce packaging production. Different orders can be assigned to the machine most suitable for the required sheet size, box format and production volume.
The BM2508-Pro provides additional capacity for standard and customized corrugated boxes, while the compact BM1800-Mini supports smaller formats, trays, wraps and more complex packaging structures.
An AOPACK after-sales manager recently visited the customer to review all three machines in production, discuss operating experience and better understand future production requirements.
