Product catalogue TAPE extension position sensors

Due to the flexibility and ruggedness of the stainless steel measuring tape POSITAPE® position sensors are best suited for applications where direction changing pulley''s are used and for use in harsh environmental conditions.

Available measuring lengths cover distances up to 20000 mm.

Three analog outputs (0.5 ... 10 V, 0.5 ... 4.5 V, 4 ... 20 mA) and three digital outputs (SSI, CANopen, CAN SAE J1939) are available. The analog outputs are available with the option of redundant output.

With a linearity of ±0.10% tape extension sensors work with a high precision in their standard version. By request a linearity option of ± 0.05% is also available.

Tape extension sensors are ideally suited for installation in cranes, excavators, forklifts, hydraulic ramps, hoists and industrial automation with high duty cycles.
