Battery Telescopic Magnetic Beam EPMBL-T
We were able to offer out costumer maximum flexibility in his production.
The customer has different sheet sizes from 2,000 x 500 to 8,000 x 3,000 mm and sheet thicknesses from 5 mm.
This battery powered telescopic lifting beam, which can be electrically pushed together to 3,500 mm and extended to 5,700 mm, means that the beam can now operate between the stacks. This would not have been possible with a fixed lifting beam.
The problem for the customer was his conventional lifting devices such as sheet clamps and sheet loading hooks. Not only were these devices very time-consuming to use, but it was not always possible to prevent damage to the sheets. In addition, there are different and very space-saving stacks of sheets of different sizes in the warehouse.
We were therefore able to offer him maximum flexibility in his production.
