The EPMBL for individual & safe handling of metal sheets
The Battery Magnetic Beam EPMBL P4/8-8T8 is manufactured individually for daily customer use. It combines 8 EPM1000 magnets, each with an adhesive force of 1,000 kg, to create a robust and precise solution for industrial use to lift and transport metal sheets up to a size of 8,000 x 2,500 mm and a material thickness of 8 mm or more safely and efficiently.
Every detail is practical here: Integrated control with signal lights & warning tone, four adhesive force levels, inching function, ADPREM safety system, springs to compensate for unevenness.
All four cross arms can be individually preselected, and the entire system can be operated independently of location – this makes the EPMBL particularly flexible and efficient in daily use, even when space in the production hall is limited.
