Information about the Neostar Magnetic Chucks

In the video, we show our permanently activated Neostar magnetic chuck in practical use: Our colleague from Pİ Kesici Takım demonstrates how sleeves, rings and discs can be quickly clamped, precisely aligned and reliably machined – both in cylindrical grinding and rotating.

Even with workpieces with through holes, the clamping force remains stable and reproducible. The uniform radial pole spacing ensures even force distribution and thus high stability and rigidity, especially with larger diameters.

- Holding force appr. 140 N/cm² with low construction height
- 10 mm penetration depth of magnetic force
- Processing of adhesive surface up to max. depth of 8 mm
- Smooth switching ON/OFF via switch lever
