When handling long flat and round materials, precision, safety and efficient processes are crucial. Our EPMBL Battery Lifting Magnet supports you precisely in this area. Thanks to the enlarged magnetic pole surface, long workpieces with a material thickness of just 3 mm can be lifted reliably and positioned individually using the inching function.

At the same time, electropermanent technology ensures maximum safety during the lifting process. Only a short electrical pulse is required for magnetisation and demagnetisation – either at by the touch of a button or fully automatically via remote control using the inching function.

As the EPMBL operates independently of the mains supply, you can use it flexibly at any time – even in changing working environments. At the same time, it supports more efficient material flow processes and ensures a high level of process reliability in day-to-day operations.
