EPM magnetic clamping technology as an integral part of your manufacturing concept

Find out more here about Magnaslot 75T, Doublemag & Triplemag

Modern manufacturing processes are no longer just about clamping workpieces securely. Today, more than ever, clamping technology must integrate seamlessly into the overall process.

-> Different workpiece sizes
-> Changing production requirements
-> Automated workflows
-> Reproducible clamping positions
-> Short set-up times

This is precisely why it is worth looking at our mains-powered EPM magnetic clamping technology. Your production line does not necessarily need to be as flexible as possible; what matters most are the specific requirements that your manufacturing process places on the clamping technology.

- Magnaslot 75T
When machining both magnetic and non-magnetic workpieces, the EPM magnetic clamping plate with T-slot combines magnetic and mechanical clamping in a single solution. This makes the Magnaslot 75T particularly suitable for versatile machining tasks where flexibility is required.

- Doublemag
Where workpiece sizes and geometries vary significantly, the modular, double-sided magnetic modules enable a customisable clamping configuration. Multiple Doublemag modules can be combined to form larger clamping surfaces.

- Triplemag
For more complex and frequently changing clamping tasks, the flexibility goes one step further. Thanks to additional, individually controllable positioning magnets, the Triplemag magnetic modules can be positioned on the machine table independently of the workpiece and in a reproducible manner.

This leads to three different ways of achieving the same goal: a clamping solution that suits your manufacturing process – rather than the other way round.

--> The key question is therefore not: “Which magnetic clamping technology is the best?”, but “How flexible does the clamping technology need to be for your manufacturing process?”

If you’d like to find out which EPM magnetic clamping solution suits your manufacturing processes, our team ([email protected] ) will be happy to help you make the right choice, e.g. at the AMB in Stuttgart. You can also find further information about our EPM magnetic clamping elements and plates on our website at any time.
