PROBLEM was..

„..to clean the firing table. Up to a few weeks we used hand-operated permanent lifting

magnets, which had two disadvantages for us. First, operating was an enormous effort for

our employees and combined a bad ergonomic bent-over position for them. Second,

operating means standing all the time at the pick-up and storage place.

SOLUTION

Through the battery lifting magnet SB950 both disadvantages were balanced. Our

employees don´t have to go to the storage place any more. The automatic operation allows

to lower the workpiece from the pick up position. To sum up, not only our processing time is

20%faster, also no more over-bending for our employees. This has an enormous added

value for us.
