Introducing a special tool for distilleries that create citrus drinks like Limoncello. Our advanced machine helps get the tasty part from lemons, oranges, and yuzu – those fruits that make your drinks so delicious. By using a special peeler blade, only the surface of the citrus is zested and the bitter white part is completely removed! It can process 400 pcs/h, and its compact size (30cm square) allows it to be used anywhere without taking up too much space.
