Rounding off and sealing of stone surfaces

The right brush for beautiful surfaces

Situation:

In order to improve the visual appearance of concrete blocks, the surface layer of the blocks is machined. Special grinding processes with abrasive material of varying hardness are used to achieve the desired look. The stone slabs are often guided across complex grinding machines with limited flexibility, which do not result in the expected effect on the stone surface.

Solution:

Mink round brushes with abrasive bristles offer a wide range of possibilities in stone processing to achieve the desired appearance. For example, technical brushes with varying degrees of bristles hardness are being used more and more frequently for surface processing of slabs for pavements or in horticulture. The top layer of the stones is brushed over, thus structuring the surfaces. Any protruding stones are rounded off so the resulting surface looks and feels smoother.

Your advantages:

- The right brush for every surface structure

- Any common working widths can be realised with Mink brushes

- Sharp edges are reliably rounded off
