Laser Gas Detection OEM Module – NH3, CH4, HCl, CO2… Now available for H2O !

Axetris announces an extension to the LGD F200 product family with the OEM Module for moisture (H2O) gas detection. The Laser Gas Detection (LGD) technology, based on Tunable Diode Laser Spectrometry Spectroscopy (TDLS), provides a solution to many gas detection challenges in emission monitoring and process control. The technology offers unique advantages like precise optical contact-less measurements, excellent target gas selectivity and sub ppm-level detectivity.

A reliable moisture measurement is often needed to convert the measured stack gas pollutant emission concentrations made on a wet basis to a reference dry basis.

Axetris supplies the laser gas detection (LGD) OEM module based on its proprietary tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLS) technology to measure H2O. The standard range of the module is 0-30 % vol., whereby the measurement accuracy is specified as +/-0.5 % vol.

The LGD F200-H H2O can be used in continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) in power plants, incinerators, boilers or in co-generation systems.
