The fanless industrial embedded Linux computer GX-6300 enables worldwide 3G and LTE connectivity for IoT-, M2M-, industrial communication or even data logging applications. The long-term available GX-6300 computer is designed for 24/7 operation in industrial environments. A rich set of hardware interfaces enables the easy integration into manifold industrial interface environments. The GX-6300 supports up to 3 CAN 2.0A/2.0B-, a 10/100Base-T Ethernet LAN port, multiple RS232 and RS422/485 ports, two 480 Mbit/s USB ports as well as digital I/O and analog inputs. Wireless LAN connectivity is supplied by the software resettable optional WiFi interface. The powerful ARM based computer has a very low power consumption and comes with a considerable memory layout of 256MB Flash, 128MB DDR, 4MB data flash and a removable microSD card.

A hardware watchdog ensures maximum operational reliability and system availability. The wide-range DC input power supply can be optionally switched via an on/off-line combined with software control. An additional available UPS guarantees a power-failsafe operation. The Kernel version 4 based Debian Linux and the Compact Linux offer flexible system setups and are multi bootable. Applications can be programmed in any programming language such as C/C ++, Java, Python, PHP and others. The CAN interfaces are easy accessible via the standardized socket CAN interface. Numerous turnkey protocol suites such as CANopen library, Modbus library with Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII and Modbus-TCP, a BACnet and SNMP library allow the rapid integration into specific environments. Webserver, FTP, VPN, SQLite and MySQL database systems and many other protocols and services ensure a quick and easy system integration.

Thanks to several mounting options the smallsized, metal cased GX-6300 can be mounted easily even in challenging installation situations and can also be mounted on DIN-rails in different orientations.
