Elhyss specializes in industrial boiler making. As can be seen from their website, the company is active in the industrial sector as a manufacturer of specialized machinery used in a range of applications (waste treatment and feedstock preparation). All the research, manufacturing, development and after-sales services are directly supported by dedicated services.

The French company produces mechanically welded chassis, sub-assemblies of precision, electricity and automated mechanics.

After the purchase of orbital welding equipment, they came to AXXAIR's head office in France for training. We took this opportunity to share their experience.

Up to the present time, Elhyss has been actively involved in the pharmaceutical, agri-food and wastewater treatment markets. Although present on these markets, the company was having difficulties in positioning itself in the final product process!

In fact, the different welding processes used by Elhyss up to now have not allowed it to comply with the demanding standards for end products. This means that they couldn't for example weld the tubes that are directly concerned by the circulation of medicines or food.

Elhyss wants to increase its service quality and acquire new markets. The main goal is to diversify and to weld tubes concerned by the final product process in the agro-pharma market and other markets which are subject to more demanding standards !

We provided a demonstration of AXXAIR products and Elhyss was immediately reassured by the commitment of our salespeople, and their perfect knowledge of the products. The company turned to AXXAIR's orbital solutions and bought a cutting machine and a closed welding head combined with the power source SAXX-200.

This type of equipement permits the quality and the repeatability of the welds to be increased, and allows the documentation of all welds (DMOS, ...).
