6-Axis Sensors and Moment Sensors for Robot Test

BCM SENSOR is proud of launching the newly developed sensors in mass production, as follows:

• 6-axis (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, Mz) sensors designed for force/torque analysis

• 3-axis (Fx, Fy, Fz, or Fz, Mx, My) sensors designed for force/torque analysis

• 2-axis (Fz, Mz) sensors designed for force and torque measurements

• 4-force sensors developed for monitoring parallelism of two plates faced each other

• Static moment sensor designed for testing of wrist joint of walking robots

• Miniature (dia. ≤ 15mm) compression force sensors for process control

• Compression & tension force sensors (dia. ≤ 20mm) for industrial automation

In addition, BCM SENSOR has launched three type Force Gauges which are connected individually with its calibrated force sensor to form a complete force measuring system.

Two of these three are application-specific force gauges. These three force gauges are named according to their functions as follows:

• Force Gauges for General Purpose

• Force Gauges for Push-Button-Force Test

• Force Gauges for Insertion-Force Test

For stress analysis, BCM SENSOR has also released four type Data Acquisition Modules which are listed below indicating their functions and features:

• High-Speed Dynamic Data Acquisition Modules up to 20 MHz sampling rate

• Dynamic Data Acquisition Modules of 128CH, more than 2000CH via Ethernet

• Robust Dynamic Data Acquisition Modules for On-Board Testing

• Static Data Acquisition Modules of 16CH x 8, more than 2000CH via Ethernet
