DWIN T5L0 ASIC Achieves Mass Production
T5L0 ASIC
On July 7, 2020, the first batch of T5L0, an IC of DWIN’s GUI ASIC series, passes the test and verification. It marks the successful mass production of T5L0.
T5L0 is the 18-bit low cost version of T5L1. T5L0 adopts 40-nm process, and provides higher cost performance and lower power consumption compared with T5L1.
The packaging and software application of T5L0 are quite the same as T5L1, so you can choose flexibly per your requirements such as high performance or low cost.
