DWIN Technology Home Ventilator Solutions

smart home

1. Structures of the household ventilator

Household ventilator generally has five components: host, humidifier, mask, pipeline, and power supply

The host is mainly composed of motor, sensor, motherboard, control button and display screen.

The functional principle of human respiration:

Inhalation: contraction of respiratory muscles - enlargement of chest volume - expansion of alveoli (formation of negative pressure) - inhalation of air from the outside.

Expiratory: relaxation of respiratory muscles - elastic contraction of alveoli - increased pressure in the lungs - exhaled air.

It can be seen that the pressure difference between the expansion and contraction of the human alveoli and the atmospheric pressure forms the respiratory function. Therefore, the working principle of household ventilator is to control the turbine speed to make the airway pressure reach the preset pressure and form the pressure difference, to realize the forced or auxiliary breathing process.

2.2 Functional requirements

Touch function

At present, most of the ventilators on the market are attached with buttons and knobs. The more common ones are button start-up machines and knob to adjust air pressure. Some products operate working mode and adjust parameters through touch screen.

In contrast, touch screen operation is more simple and intuitive, and it can even play the role of guiding end users, so the human-computer interaction is more friendly.

Display function

The color LCD screen can not only display parameters and text, but also display progress bar, prompt animation, etc., with bright colors and rich contents. If you use a screen of 3.5 inches and above, the display area is larger, which can display historical data and curves.

IoT function

The data of the ventilator can be transmitted to the mobile phone through the Internet, which is convenient for the users' families to query.
