Recently TIME Group Inc. introduces its state-of-the art Surface Roughness Tester Profilometer TIME®3233, which can accurately measure surface roughness, waviness and even primary profile of various work pieces.

TIME®3233 surface roughness tester is a portable multi-functional testing equipment conforming to ISO/DIN/ANSI/JIS standards. It is featured with 50mm tracing length (X-axis), 800 μm measuring range, and 55 parameters including Ra, Rz, Wa, Pa, Rk, etc. Different from other roughness tester series, TIME®3233 supports both skidded and skidless measurement and it can flexibly get access to narrow space down to 1.5mm. Equipped with numerous optional sensors, TIME®3233 roughness tester can measure small holes, curved surface, deep groove, tooth surface and so on. After testing, the results can be transferred to PC via RS232 for analysis and management.

TIME®3233 surface roughness tester profilometer can be widely applied in industries like automotive, metal, mechanical components manufacturing, surface treatment, metallurgy, rolling and forging, mold casting, and many more.
