Recently, the 2019 Hunan power semiconductor industry conference and the fifth international academic forum of China IGBT technology innovation and industry alliance were held in Zhuzhou, Hunan province.

Covering the industrial chain of power semiconductor materials, chips, modules, equipment and other industries, dozens of enterprises from home and abroad participated in the exhibition.

At present, domestic IGBT buying and matching on process equipment to is very difficult, almost rely on imports.

The equipment produced by some domestic manufacturers is not stable and the technology cannot meet the requirements.

The vacuum reflow oven developed by TORCH can control the void rate within 2% and can totally replace imported equipment.

It has been put into use in large-scale IGBT module factories such as BYD since 2015.
