Description:

Micro-penetration Diamond Scribing Wheel:

Smaller cutting edge is good for pitting process with depth of teeth less than 4um, which can reach the requirement of high penetration and bending value.

Micro-penetration diamond scribing wheels can reach a higher bender value than high-penetration diamond scribing wheels, and they have features of smooth scribing section, fine scribing line and few particles, but it needs to break after scribing.
