The HEPA filter is a key component of the air cleaning system. At present, the filter media used in China are ultra-fine glass fibre paper and ultra-fine asbestos fiber paper, which are used to filter the sub-micron particles that cannot be filtered by the coarse and medium efficiency filters and whose content is at most below 1um, so as to ensure the clean requirements of the clean room. To ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter and the cleanliness of the clean system, the installation of the high efficiency filter must comply with the requirements of the Clean Room Construction and Acceptance Specification or the design drawings.
