The application of radon gas detector in air pollution
radon gas detector
As the presence of indoor air pollution is hardest to ignore easily, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in many countries. Depending on the average radon level in a country, radon is estimated to cause 3% to 14% of all lung cancers. Radon is more likely to cause lung cancer in smokers and is the main cause of lung cancer among non-smokers.
PTM600-RD radon gas detector is also known as environmental radon detector. The box type portable one can be applied in multiple scenarios, such as construction, soil, mining, indoor, decoration materials and so on.
It is based on the design of pumped electrostatic acquisition energy spectrum analysis method and adopts a new generation of high-sensitivity and high-resolution passivated ion implantable planar silicon detector (PIPS) to capture the changes of radon gas concentration quickly in real time.
