W Series extension: the new W190 and W304
Performance, safety and low costs
The W Series conveyor system range has been extended with 2 new widths: 190 and 304 mm, which increase the variety of products that can be transported (packaging, containers, boxes and small jerry-cans with widths of up to 450 mm).
Equipped with a patented accident prevention system, the W190 and W304 series are suitable for applications that require optimum operational safety for on-board operators: the chain links overlap, leaving no gaps between them and therefore avoiding the risk of fingers, objects or clothing being caught and dragged.
W190 and W304 are an alternative to the C136 series, with various advantages and improvements:
- improved appearance;
- reduction in beam height from 140 to 95 mm to enable transit in tight spaces;
- 20 mm narrower to reduce the distance between the chains in applications where several conveyors are located side by side.
Supporting components are also included, such as flanges, feet, support bases, etc.., which can be structured according to the specific applications. A wide range of accessories have been designed for product containment and identification (guides, supports, connectors, photocell holders).
