Mounting your non-contact radar can come with a number of challenges. BinMaster has designed and manufactures its 80 GHz non-contact radar to easily accommodate a wide variety of mounting scenarios. What if your roof isn’t flat? The NCR-80 mounts easily with either a 0° or a 30° mounting plate to fit the pitch of your roof. If you have an existing 1-1/2" opening for mounting, the NCR-80 1-1/2" NPT makes mounting easy and economical!

In situations where the radar cannot be mounted over the area you want to measure, BinMaster offers 10° and 8° swiveling holders with directional aiming to precisely capture the levels you need. Plus, there are a variety of flange sizes and adapters to eliminate the need for on‐site or contracted fabrication. To reduce wiring costs, BinMaster offers wireless gateways and transceivers to eliminate long spans of costly wiring.

Running to the control room every time you need a reading can be inefficient, taking a toll on your overall resources. The BinMaster BinDisc is a handy, affordable solution. The BinDisc, which can be mounted in a convenient location for push‐button access to level data from the ground or a vehicle, simplifies setup and provides continuous, at-a-glance operational status of the sensor.
