BlueVary - the maintenance free, variable off-gas sensor for every fermenter

One device for all applications

BlueVary is a maintenance free gas sensor for variable biotechnological applications.

No matter if microbiological, cell culture, biogas or algae fermentation: By freely selectable sensor cartridges different measuring tasks can be covered by just one device.

The sensor consists of a basis element with measurement places for two of the variable sensor catridges. That way two gases can be measured in parallel. The third place holds a sensor catridge for pressure and/or humidity. Sensors for oxygen, carbon dioxide and more gases in different measurement ranges are available.

The light but robust plastic housing comes with an integrated display which ensures an overview about sensor and measurement data at any time. Bluevary is operated by self-explaining buttons on the housing surface. As already known from the forerunner sensors BlueVary can be mounted on each fermenter by using flow adapters etc. without being limited by fermenter brand or manufacturer. Various mechanical connections and data outputs are available.

Annual maintenance is not necessary.

For preservation of accuracy simply the already established one-point calibration has to be performed by the user in reasonable time intervals.

In combination with the open software BlueVis the BlueVary turns into a versatile, effective tool for optimization of bioprocesses of any kind.
