Easily move extremely heavy loads by hand!

Expensive machinery with automatic loading systems requires a quick change of material to achieve the highest possible efficiency and increase productivity.

The Aero glider enables the changeover while the machine is running.

The cassette is placed on the punch at one corner of the Aero glider and pushed under the metal sheet stack. As a result, two edges of the metal sheet package are accessible. Loads can be moved effortlessly in a gliding motion and positioned with pin-point accuracy.

Floating thanks to air pressure, the glider can transport loads of up to 3 tons.

The technology is based on air cushions located on the underside. Since they can be individually regulated, the cushions also allow for eccentric loading. A second glider can be prepared while the metal sheet package is available to the machine.

The downtime is reduced to the sliding of the two gliders, making loose or dislocated expanding solenoids a thing of the past. A changeover by a single person is now possible.

Alternatively, the Aero glider can also be loaded with wooden pallets or metal sheet packages without the punches, which can then also easily be suspended from the expanding solenoids. If becoming necessary, for instance in the event of a fault, an unforeseen change of metal sheet types is quick and easy.
