In the traditional plastic recycling of PET bottle washing, the processes of label scrapping, removal, and Bottle Pre-washing are often completed step by step by multiple independent devices. This not only leads to a cumbersome process flow and a large footprint of the equipment, but also brings about problems such as low recycling efficiency, high energy consumption, and a high risk of impurity residue. For example, in the label removal process, it is difficult to completely separate labels; during the label separation process, small labels are likely to be mixing into rPET flakes; and the bottle washing process may also cause secondary pollution due to the inability to efficiently connect with the previous processes. These drawbacks increase the production costs and make it difficult to stabilize the rPET flakes quality.
