Boretech Celebrates Another Milestone:Its SSP rPET Process Receives FDA Non-Objection Letter
On June 4, 2025, Boretech officially received a Non-Objection Letter (NOL) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Solid State Polymerization (SSP) process used in recycled polyester (rPET) production.
This hashtag#NOL confirms that rPET processed through Boretech’s SSP technology can be used at 100% levels for manufacturing food-contact packaging containers under B-H conditions, covering all food types.
