New H series: Innovation granted by Brevetti Stendalto

Brevetti Stendalto has carefully chosen the best polyamide, intelligently hardened with glass fibres, to give the chain the best stability in the toughest installations. The user-friendly pins have been designed to make as much quicker as possible any intervention to assemble or dismantle the chain with an amazing capacity to save time and energy in the on-site operations.

The nylon cross-bars (frames) can be either simultaneously opened on both sides or opened just one side with the opposite end hinged to the link. These characteristics are highly appreciated by harnessing, control and maintenance operators. An easy-readable scale is reported on each frame for easy lay-out construction and separators positioning.

Moreover, the vertical separators have been conveniently designed to fit the cross-bars of the new series. They offer the chance to choice a firm position in the layout or to slide along the all length of the frame by properly matching the foot of the separator and the frame itself.

The aluminum covers are available for the three series, they grant the best possible protection for cables and hoses against debris, small stones, hot chips, sparks and welding drops.

The available configurations for these new chains include aluminium drawn frames, stainless steel bars and aluminium drilled cross-bars to get almost any possible customized layout.

Last, but not least, the end brackets set has been developed as a real "All positions" fitting. It is suitable for self-supported installations with both ends in fixed version as well as for sliding applications with pivoting brackets at the movable end. The end brackets are interchangeable at the two ends of the chain. H series are particularly suitable for machine tools, machining centres, Inshore and Offshore Drilling rigs, cranes, lifting equipments, power mills.
