Presentation: Maximum energy efficiency in ultrasonic parts cleaning

At BRIO Ultrasonics we have a process of continuous improvement of our technology that has led us to develop the highly energy-efficient, high-performance and durable ultrasonic cleaning emitters that we install today in all our machines.

The benefits are very noticeable, providing high savings in energy consumption of around 30% compared to other standard technologies on the market. In addition, the superior mechanical resistance of our emitters allows us to work in the optimum conditions of frequency and working temperature of ultrasound without fatigue and deterioration, with very short cleaning times. Our machines are unrivalled in any scenario, especially in processes that require high ultrasonic power, in continuous operation or for a high number of hours per week.

We invite you to learn more about our unique ultrasonic cleaning technology at our presentation as part of the Experts Forum at the parts2clean trade fair in Stuttgart. We are proud to have been invited to be part of this forum of industry experts where the most relevant innovations in industrial cleaning technologies will be presented.

There we will present and argue the main points of our unique technology, especially in terms of energy efficiency and durability, and we will answer any questions that attendees may have. All this with the support of multiple data and graphs resulting from various analyses and technical comparisons. The presentation will take place on Tuesday 5 October at 12:30 in hall 4, stand B28.
