Today we show you the automatic water and detergent filling system of one of the machines we are in the process of manufacturing.

- The detergent dispenser absorbs the configured amount of detergent as the water passes through thanks to the push of the water itself, without the need for electricity.

- The fluid then passes through the pipe to the inlet of the cleaning tank, where there is a solenoid valve that allows or prevents the passage of the fluid.

- Filling takes place until the fluid overflows into the auxiliary tank and stops when it reaches the top level detector, whose function is to notify the controller that filling is complete and stop it.

All this is conveniently operated from the control panel and results in high time savings for the customer. In addition, the system takes care of maintaining the correct fluid level automatically, ensuring that the machine will not operate except under proper working conditions.
